Tie Droid (abut as good as a tie fighter but real cheap so you can build in large numbers. You get them late in the game  so they?re less attractive.)

Orbital Research Facility (This is where you have to do research. You don?t do it just at a shipyard anymore.)

Cloning Facility (the main reason you would build this would be for Palpatine. Can also be built if the empire has lost its manpower.)

Galaxy Gun (is this a building or ship?.)

Government House (2 regiments of light troopers, no fighters.  The house raises support and makes the troop minimum higher when captured.)

Research Facility (not quite sure if it would be orbital since the alliance had those or if it would be on the ground so it would be harder to find.)

Ion Battery (nice and cheap)

HIMS device. (Allows ships to enter hyperspace even with a gravity well.)
